Started the day listening to Mozart's Mass in C Minor. It has given me new energy and cleared my mind.
This quote from Ray Bradbury is about writing, but it could just as well apply to weaving:
“Quantity produces quality. If you only write a few things, you’re doomed.”
N. Miami has passed along some good advice for writers. Again, substitute "weaving" for "writing" and you're off to a good start.
Did you know about Sophie Taueber-Arp? I didn't, but now there's a new book about her. She was a weaver—and worked in many other media as well, including dance, architecture and puppetry.
