The fabric is rescued from a few well loved shirts. It was layered and handstitched over the course of several years, fused back to back, and cut apart to make book pages. The binding is classic longstitch. The wrapping band is twisted cord (thanks, Barb, for teaching me how to do the end loop! Very clever.)
My favorite part of this video is the sound of the pages turning.
