Warping With My Eyes Closed

The new warp will be all black 20/2 tencel, and will be tied onto the tag end of the 5-color warp in back of the loom. I'm using my AVL warping reel with the sectional beam on the TC-1. 


For some reason this warp is giving me motion sickness as I turn the wheel. It may be that I am getting the flu, or else it's the all-black warp, or…who knows. Anyway, I find it necessary to close my eyes as I crank the wheel, relying on the audible clicks of the trip counter to count the yards (a 12-yard warp, therefore 4 turns per warp pair). So far it's working. This is the first time I've warped with my eyes closed.
