But I was noticing that when I reduced the design to an appropriate size for weaving, some of the black lines narrowed down to single pixel size. As the warp repeat consists of 3 threads, that meant that the line would not always show up and had to be at least 3 pixels in width. So in Photoshop I selected just the black pixels, expanded the selection by one pixel, and filled with black, which made all black lines at least 3 pixels wide. Here's the result:
Much better. Now here's the woven version:
