Moving Into Purple

A third Procreate design.

For this one I replaced the brown tencel pattern weft with a purple mercerized cotton. Tried some extreme contrasts in size of line. Also concentrated on having some of the diagonal lines move in opposition to the apparent twill line of the background.

This journal is growing! There's a lot of stuff in there, documenting some pretty intense passages in my life. It's fun to see the back side as it rolls up onto the cloth beam.

I've also noticed that the end of warp is nigh. I will hate to see the knots rise up over the back beam. I have enjoyed this lampas warp tremendously. What will the next warp be?
