The dust has settled, the laundry is done, and I am halfway to total recovery from jet lag. After Complex Weavers in Tacoma, we enjoyed a visit with friends in Oregon, and then flew to San Francisco for a blissful four days of sightseeing and dietary indiscretion. I've posted several pictures along the way, but here are another few from CW. I indulged a renewed interest in tablet weaving, and enjoyed getting new inspiration from John Mallarkey:
Gudrun Polak's tablet weaving seminar was also full of fascinating new (to me) tips, and I loved seeing her brilliantly simple loom setup:
And what could be more beautiful than a rare view of Mt. Rainier from my hotel window at 4 a.m. on a Monday morning?
