The first few books I worked on had terrible color choices in their binding thread; I snipped all the stitches and picked different colored linen, then rebound them. Much better. Then the twisted cord wrapper bands were equally awful colors. Redid those. Then my winter-damaged fingers started bleeding and threatened to ruin all the pages. Bandaids to the rescue. At last six finished books, one large and five small.
The large one has the leather spine reinforcement on the outside. This happened by accident, but I really like the effect and will use it again.
