There was a cone of beautiful silk noil on my shelf for I don't know how many years. It was time. I combined it with some natural mercerized cotton for this warp:
And the warp eventually wound up on my 8-shaft loom in an amalgamated threading. For the weft, I chose two strands of a black wool/tencel blend, also from the stash.
